Product Manager – Hybrid (Manchester)

About the role

We are seeking a driven Product Manager to join our fast‑growing technology company in Manchester. Working in a hybrid setting, you will bridge technical teams and commercial goals to deliver high‑quality digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Build intuitive product experiences, dashboards and workflow management tools.
• Translate customer and stakeholder feedback into product improvements.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement and Agile delivery.
• Use AI and rapid prototyping to accelerate development.
• Track product KPIs and measure release success.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet business objectives.
• Continuously improve user experience through data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, software platforms or digital products.
• Strong Agile delivery and stakeholder management skills.
• High technical literacy and confidence working with software engineers.
• Proven track record of delivering products from concept to launch.
• Commercial awareness and a user‑focused mindset.
