Product Operations Analyst

About the role

Chip is looking for a Product Operations Analyst to ensure its investment super‑app delivers a seamless experience. You will monitor product functionality, investigate bugs, and collaborate with product, customer‑success, marketing and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Action daily operational process controls and alerts.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve product issues in partnership with wider business teams.
• Deliver regular operational tasks and support the customer‑support function.
• Pull and analyse data using SQL, create data extracts and dashboard reports.
• Automate and optimise operational controls, processes and management information.

Required profile

• Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail and proactive attitude.
• Ability to learn quickly, multitask and prioritise workload.
• Intermediate SQL skills.
• Interest in fintech or experience in a tech environment is a plus.

• Salary range £31,500 – £36,000 per annum.
