About the role
Berry Recruitment is looking for hard‑working, reliable Production Line Operatives to join a manufacturing client on the outskirts of Maidstone, in Headcorn. The role involves supporting various stages of the production and packing process on a full‑time basis, with immediate start dates and the possibility of long‑term progression.
Key responsibilities
- Box bottles on a conveyor belt and place them into cases.
- Stack completed boxes onto pallets.
- Sort and check fruit for quality.
- Fill and seal bags with product.
- Manually load machines with fruit, plastic bottles and other materials.
- Cut strips and de‑fold/collapse cardboard bin covers.
Required profile
- Hard‑working and reliable.
- Organised with good attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a steady work pace.
- Team‑oriented and able to follow instructions.
Required skills

- Long‑term, stable work with rotating shifts (7 am‑3 pm or 3 pm‑11 pm, Monday‑Friday).
