About the role
Premier Work Support is recruiting Production Operatives for a busy client in Crawley. The role is initially temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate. You will work on the shop floor, supporting both warehouse and production line activities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Pick items accurately within the warehouse.
- Package products on the production line.
- Assist with general warehouse duties such as stock handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic and reliable.
- Proactive, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong time‑keeping and attention to detail.
Required skills
What we offer
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.
- Full‑time shift: Monday‑Friday, 7:00‑17:00 or 9:00‑17:00.
- Potential for permanent employment.
