Products Liability Adjuster – Product Recall Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Products Liability Adjuster to join a global loss adjusting organisation. The role focuses on managing product recall claims across a wide range of industries, providing rapid, clear communication and guiding clients through complex liability issues.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients in proactively handling and settling a mixed caseload of third‑party liability claims.
• Investigate incidents thoroughly to establish liability within strict timelines.
• Manage a mixture of EL/PL claims with a strong focus on product recall liability.
• Maintain and develop client relationships, ensuring clear communication throughout the recall response.
• Deliver efficient settlements while protecting the client’s brand and reputation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a liability adjuster handling EL/PL and product recall claims.
• Strong knowledge of insurance market and policy coverages.
• Excellent investigative, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel as needed.
