Project Manager – Construction & Consultancy

About the role

Mace is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead small‑to‑medium construction and consultancy projects. You will be responsible for delivering outcomes on time, within budget and to the required quality standards while championing health, safety and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project delivery, aligning resources, teams and stakeholders to meet strategic objectives.
• Maintain robust project plans, schedules and budgets, proactively managing risks and opportunities.
• Drive quality assurance, governance and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate effective stakeholder engagement, communication and decision‑making.
• Support net‑zero goals through sustainable delivery and carbon management.

Required profile

• Substantial previous experience in project management (or equivalent).
• Professional membership such as MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS or local equivalent, or working towards one.
• Tertiary qualification in project management, construction or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Valid construction skills certification (e.g., CSCS card) or equivalent.
