Project Manager – D365 Finance & Operations (6‑Month Contract)

About the role

We are supporting a global organisation undergoing a major ERP transformation and need an experienced Project Manager to lead a complex, multi‑country implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This six‑month contract role will take the programme from mobilisation through to go‑live, ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, budget and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of a D365 Finance & Operations implementation across multiple regions.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, governance frameworks, risk registers, issue logs and budgets.
• Coordinate workstreams spanning finance, supply chain, procurement and operations, working with internal teams and third‑party system integrators.
• Drive delivery accountability, monitor progress and provide regular programme reporting to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Manage scope, timelines and resources, ensuring successful execution and deployment.
• Build and sustain strong stakeholder relationships and navigate complex organisational environments.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations programmes from mobilisation to go‑live.
• Track record of leading global, multi‑country ERP deployments.
• Hands‑on project management expertise, including governance, planning, risk management, budgeting and delivery oversight.
• Experience working with system integrators and challenging delivery standards when necessary.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively within fast‑paced, complex transformation programmes.
