Project Manager

About the role

KochoKocho is looking for a Project Manager to lead technology adoption initiatives for our clients. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they align with business objectives and are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, goals, timelines, and resources.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define tasks and deliverables.
• Monitor progress against milestones and adjust schedules, scope, or resources as needed.
• Allocate resources efficiently and coordinate with departments to secure necessary support.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating status, risks, and issues.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies and address challenges proactively.
• Develop and manage project budgets in partnership with finance, monitoring expenses and identifying cost‑optimisation opportunities.
• Establish quality standards, conduct regular deliverable reviews, and ensure compliance.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the project team, facilitating regular meetings and effective communication.
