Project Manager

About the role

FDM Group is seeking a Project Manager to join its Returners Programme. You will work as a consultant delivering business and technology projects for global clients, with a clear pathway to progress towards Principal Consultant.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage project delivery across FDM's practice areas, including Software Engineering, Change & Transformation, IT Operations, Data & Analytics, and Risk & Compliance.
• Provide consultancy services to client organisations, ensuring solutions meet business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to continuous improvement of project processes.
• Develop client relationships and identify opportunities for further engagements.
• Progress through defined career stages, with the potential to work abroad on diverse assignments.

Required profile

• Returned to work after a career break of at least 12 months.
• Minimum of 5 years commercial experience in industry.
• Strong interest and aptitude for both business and technology.
• Commitment to at least two years of full‑time employment with FDM.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.

Required skills

• Microsoft technologies (certification preferred).
• Salesforce platform knowledge (certification preferred).
• Cisco networking fundamentals (certification preferred).
