Project Managing Surveyor – Home‑Based (M25)

About the role
We are seeking a home‑based Project Managing Surveyor to operate within the M25 area. The successful candidate will manage domestic, commercial and high‑net‑worth property loss claims, working closely with a dedicated team of adjusters in a growing national loss‑adjusting practice.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct surveys and assessments for a full range of property loss claims, including residential, commercial and high‑value assets.
- Prepare detailed reports and loss estimates for insurance purposes.
- Collaborate with adjusters and other specialists to ensure accurate claim handling.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
Required profile
- Graduate Surveyors with relevant insurance claims experience, or qualified Surveyors (MCIOB or MRICS) with at least two years of loss‑adjusting experience.
- Experience across all insured perils is essential.
Required skills
What we offer
- Salary ranging from £45,000 (graduates) to £75,000 (qualified Surveyors) per annum.
- Performance‑based bonus and car allowance.
