Project Managing Surveyor – Home‑Based (Midlands)

About the role

We are seeking a home‑based Project Managing Surveyor to cover the Midlands, operating from Birmingham. The successful candidate will manage the full spectrum of domestic, commercial and high‑net‑worth property loss surveys, working closely with our team of adjusters in a growing national loss adjusting practice.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and report on property loss surveys for residential, commercial and high‑value assets.
• Assess damage across all insured perils and prepare accurate claim documentation.
• Collaborate with adjusters to ensure timely claim settlement and client satisfaction.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records and adhere to industry standards and company procedures.

Required profile

• Graduate Surveyors with relevant insurance claims experience, or qualified Surveyors (MCIOB or MRICS) with at least 2 years loss‑adjusting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently from a home office while meeting deadlines.

Required skills

• Loss adjusting and property surveying knowledge.
• Understanding of insurance claim processes and insured perils.
