Project & Senior Quantity Surveyor – Data Centre & Logistics

About the role

This position offers the chance to work on high‑profile data‑centre and logistics/distribution projects for leading technology companies across the UK. You will join a multi‑disciplinary building consultancy that operates in industrial, retail and data‑centre sectors, serving clients such as Amazon.

Key responsibilities

• Manage quantity surveying activities from project inception through to senior‑level delivery.
• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities and tender documentation for data‑centre and logistics projects.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with design and construction teams.
• Monitor project budgets, variations and financial reporting.
• Support business growth across the UK, EU and emerging markets.

Required profile

• Qualified Quantity Surveyor with experience ranging from project to senior level.
• Demonstrated ability to work on large‑scale industrial or data‑centre projects.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Willingness to work in the office three days a week with occasional site visits.
