Property Client Accountant – Birmingham City Centre

About the role

We are seeking a Property Client Accountant to join our growing team in Birmingham City Centre. You will work closely with clients, manage a portfolio of properties, and contribute to the financial health of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare income and expenditure reports for service charges.
• Manage service charge year‑end processes.
• Maintain and develop a personal portfolio of client properties.
• Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders on financial matters.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Property Client Accountant or in a similar client‑accounting role.
• Strong understanding of service charge accounting and client accounting principles.
• Confidence in managing an independent portfolio of properties.
• Comfortable dealing directly with clients and external stakeholders.
