Property Litigation Solicitor – Manchester

About the role

We are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join our Manchester office. The role offers exposure to high‑value, complex property disputes across a broad client base, including landlords, tenants, developers and financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of contentious property matters, such as lease renewals, dilapidations, break notices and possession proceedings.
• Advise on rent review disputes, professional negligence claims and general property management issues.
• Prepare and present cases in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court as required.
• Collaborate with partners and senior lawyers on larger, more complex matters.

Required profile

• UK‑qualified solicitor with 3‑5 years PQE in a recognised real estate disputes practice.
• Strong technical ability and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Required skills

• Experience handling lease renewals, dilapidations, break notices and possession proceedings.
• Knowledge of rent review disputes and professional negligence claims.
