About the role
Rendall & Rittner are seeking an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a Manchester‑based residential portfolio. You will deliver a professional, efficient service while working collaboratively with residents, clients, contractors and onsite teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day performance of an allocated residential portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents and contractors.
- Prepare, monitor and control service charge budgets and forecasts.
- Oversee major works projects and Section 20 consultations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure Health & Safety compliance.
- Interpret leases, legislation and best practice to provide clear advice.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing residential block portfolios.
- Confidence handling budgets, major works and client relationships.
- Good understanding of leasehold legislation and industry best practice.
- Clear, professional communication with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality service and continuous improvement.
