About the role
We are seeking a Property Paralegal to join a successful solicitors firm in London. The role focuses on residential conveyancing work, supporting solicitors and clients throughout the property transaction process. You will collaborate closely with senior solicitors, ensuring smooth progression of transactions from exchange to completion.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review conveyancing documentation, including contracts, transfers and related correspondence.
- Conduct property searches, liaise with local authorities and mortgage lenders.
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide clear updates to clients and senior solicitors.
Required profile
- Minimum six months experience in residential conveyancing.
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
