Qualified Secondary Teacher (All Subjects) – Supply Bank

About the role

The Supply Register, in partnership with Core Education Trust, is seeking qualified secondary teachers across all subject specialisms to join a bank staff pool serving schools in Birmingham. This role offers day‑to‑day, short‑term and flexible supply assignments starting September 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons within your subject area.
• Follow each school’s curriculum and policy frameworks.
• Create an inclusive, supportive classroom environment.
• Monitor and support student progress and achievement.
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
• Uphold safeguarding procedures and professional standards at all times.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Experience teaching in UK secondary schools.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management capabilities.
• Flexible, reliable and professional approach to supply work.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
