Quality Systems Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Systems Manager to design, deliver and manage our Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 standards. The role will drive quality, environmental and ethical initiatives across the organization and ensure continuous improvement of product quality and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain the QMS according to ISO 9001 (2015 and transition to 2026) and company requirements.
• Administer quality documents, the Document Management System (DMS) and Issues Management System (IMS).
• Conduct internal QMS audits, support supplier and customer audits, and manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Champion customer‑driven and legislative quality, environmental and ethical programs such as RBA, cyber security and GHG emissions.
• Own and present quality metrics, improvement plans and KPI dashboards to senior management.
• Manage internal quality processes including change management, 5S audits and organisational risk management.
• Communicate the quality vision to suppliers, employees and customers and work with commercial, engineering and operations teams to set a quality roadmap.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience implementing and maintaining QMS in the semiconductor or technology industry.
• Proven track record defining quality processes, document and issue management, data collection, Pareto analysis and continuous improvement.
• Hands‑on experience with ISO 9001 certification; knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 is a plus.
• Strong collaboration with design, development and manufacturing functions, especially in product realisation.

Required skills

• ISO 9001:2015 (and transition to 2026) implementation.
• Statistical decision‑making methods, process capability analysis, measurement systems analysis (MSA) and Design of Experiments (DoE).
• Six Sigma tools, FMEA, APQP and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with Office suite (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and statistical analysis tools.
• Audit planning and execution for internal, supplier and customer audits.
