Real Estate Professional Support Lawyer

About the role

This position sits within a nationally recognised Real Estate team, providing strategic support to lawyers across a broad property practice. You will shape legal insight, improve internal resources and enhance the firm’s external profile through knowledge management, training and thought leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Produce articles, briefings and thought‑leadership content on real‑estate law and market trends.
• Monitor legal and market developments and disseminate updates to the team.
• Develop and maintain precedents, templates and other legal resources.
• Deliver training sessions and provide technical guidance to lawyers.
• Support and enhance knowledge‑management systems and digital tools.
• Collaborate with colleagues on innovation, legal‑tech and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• UK‑qualified lawyer (or equivalent experience) with strong real‑estate expertise.
• Approximately 7 + years of experience in private practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of property law and commercial awareness.
• Interest in knowledge management, training or legal innovation.
• Organised, collaborative and adaptable approach.
