About the role

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join its expanding Manchester team. This full‑time position is ideal for a commercial real estate lawyer with a focus on retail property and landlord‑tenant matters who wants to develop their career within a high‑performing practice.

Key responsibilities

Provide advice on retail property transactions for commercial clients.
Handle landlord and tenant work, including lease negotiations and disputes.
Support asset management and commercial development projects.
Assist with investment transactions and related due diligence.
Develop client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.

Required profile

2‑6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in commercial real estate.
Demonstrated experience in retail property and/or landlord‑tenant matters.
Strong technical legal ability and commercial awareness.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Proactive attitude with ambition to grow within a expanding team.
