Recruitment Consultant – AI & Robotics US Desk

About the role

Join a fast‑growing recruitment consultancy in Manchester and inherit a highly lucrative AI and Robotics US desk that generated £400k in billings last year. The role is hybrid (2 days remote) and offers a 20% commission on billings, supported by a dedicated Business Development Manager who secures retained and exclusive contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for AI, robotics and technology roles across the US market.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using sourcing tools and networks.
• Collaborate closely with the BDM to align on new business opportunities and retained projects.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets, contributing to the desk’s overall performance.
• Provide a high level of candidate and client service to ensure successful placements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or delivery/resourcer in a similar sector.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
