About the role

Our client, a specialist recruitment and training company with a strong UK reputation, is expanding its recruitment programme in Birmingham. The role focuses on the automotive, manufacturing and automation sectors, supplying contract workers to clients across the UK, Europe and globally.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and place candidates for automotive, manufacturing and automation roles.
• Work with an established client base and manage daily contract worker supply.
• Meet recruitment targets and deadlines while collaborating with the team.

Required profile

• Strong background in sales, account management or customer service.
• Experience working to deadlines and targets.
• Open to candidates without prior recruitment experience.
• Inclusive of all backgrounds and experience levels.
