Recruitment Consultant – Birmingham (Hybrid)

About the role

Join Reed’s high‑performing Birmingham team as a Recruitment Consultant. You will work across Business Support & Commercial and Accountancy recruitment, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for clients and candidates throughout the West Midlands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business through client outreach, networking and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Source, screen and interview candidates to match client requirements.
• Manage offer negotiations, placement logistics and post‑placement follow‑up.
• Achieve revenue targets while delivering a high‑quality candidate experience.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment or a sales‑focused role.
• Driven, resilient and commercially aware.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Team‑player who enjoys sharing ideas and best practices.
