Recruitment Consultant – Business Support (Hybrid, London)

About the role

Crone Corkill is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to specialise in Business Support roles. Based in Holborn, you will work in a hybrid model, spending three days a week in the office while supporting leading organisations across finance, professional services, real estate and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from business development to placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing client organisations.
• Source, interview, shortlist and present high‑quality candidates.
• Write compelling job adverts and proactively head‑hunt talent.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and support them throughout the recruitment journey.
• Negotiate offers and oversee the offer process to successful placement.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and outbound sales activity.
• Develop market knowledge to become a trusted recruitment partner.

Required profile

• Experience in Business Support recruitment, specialist market recruitment, estate agency, B2B sales, business development or account management.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercial mindset with a strong drive for results.
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proactive, resilient and ambitious attitude.
• Genuine desire to build a long‑term career in recruitment.
