Recruitment Consultant – Warm Desk (Business Development & Account Growth)

About the role

Ritz Recruitment Ltd is seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join its London office. This warm‑desk position combines an established client base with the autonomy to win new business and expand existing accounts, focusing on both temporary and permanent recruitment within the Business Support/Commercial sector.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business and build a personal client portfolio.
• Develop and expand existing accounts in a warm‑desk environment.
• Manage a dual desk, prioritising temporary assignments while growing permanent revenue streams.
• Travel across the UK to meet clients, strengthen relationships and deliver face‑to‑face service.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement.
• Provide market insights and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Achieve and exceed individual revenue and performance targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a strong billing record.
• Demonstrated ability to win new business and grow existing accounts.
• Commercially minded with a proactive, sales‑driven attitude.
• Interest in shaping and developing a sector/division.
