Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Tutor – Full‑Time Teaching Role

About the role

Join one of the UK’s leading apprenticeship providers as a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Tutor. Based in Wythenshawe, Manchester, you will deliver classroom‑based training for Level 3 apprentices, helping them develop the skills needed to succeed in the HVAC industry.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑quality teaching sessions on refrigeration and air‑conditioning topics.
• Manage your own diary and ensure timely delivery of curriculum.
• Provide constructive feedback and record evidence of learner progress.
• Maintain compliance with Ofsted standards and funding requirements.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience in refrigeration and air‑conditioning, preferably from industry or a training provider.
• Passion for sharing knowledge and supporting apprentices.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and manage workload effectively.
• Desirable: teaching, coaching or assessor qualifications (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33).
