Regional Account Manager – London & South East

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Regional Account Manager to grow our presence across London, Greater London and the South East. This field‑based role will see you managing key distributor relationships and driving new business in the foodservice and hospitality sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing foodservice and cash‑and‑carry distributor accounts.
• Drive new business across QSR, hospitality, leisure, hotels, restaurants and education markets.
• Deliver commercial growth strategies together with the Head of Foodservice and Commercial Director.
• Boost brand visibility through digital activation, customer demonstrations and regional initiatives.
• Maintain high‑quality pipelines, accurate CRM data, quotations and reporting.
• Represent the brand at trade shows and exhibitions.

Required profile

• Proven field‑based sales or account‑management experience.
• Background in foodservice, catering supplies, hospitality, QSR or related B2B sectors.
• Strong relationship‑building and distributor‑channel understanding.
• Hunter mentality with confidence in negotiation and closing.
• Excellent territory planning and CRM discipline.
• Commercial insight with focus on margin, pricing and value.
• Self‑starter, energetic, resilient and organised.
