Regional Account Manager (Medical Equipment)

About the role

Join an established independent biomedical engineering specialist as a Regional Account Manager, delivering bespoke medical equipment solutions across the UK. You will develop new business opportunities with NHS Trusts, private hospitals and other healthcare providers, building long‑term relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the UK healthcare sector.
• Manage and grow existing accounts through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders and service agreements.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Oversee the sales cycle from initial enquiry to contract award.

Required profile

• Experience as an Account Manager, Business Development Manager or similar in medical devices, equipment or biomedical engineering.
• Proven track record selling to the NHS or private healthcare organisations.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel nationally.
• Willingness to attend the Birmingham office once per month.
