Regional Sales Manager - Daylight & Roof Glazing Systems

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the promotion and specification of high‑quality daylight and roof glazing systems across the North (M62 corridor). You will work with architects, building surveyors and tier‑1 contractors on commercial projects such as universities, gyms and hospitals.

Key responsibilities

• Sell a range of daylight products including roof glazing, roof windows, roof domes, large glass systems, ventilation and smoke‑exhaust solutions.
• Generate specifications and secure contracts with architects, building surveyors, tier‑1 contractors and installers.
• Target a turnover of approximately £1 million, handling projects from £20k to £350k+.
• Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate pipeline data.
• Collaborate with internal and external support teams throughout the design‑build process to installation.
• Balance new‑business acquisition with existing account management.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling technical construction products such as glass, glazing, roof windows or daylight systems.
• Track record of selling through specification with architects or tier‑1 contractors.
• Established contacts within large contractors or architectural practices is a plus.
• Motivated, career‑driven and able to work independently.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to conduct CPD sessions.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
