Regional Talent Liaison Executive

About the role
We are seeking a proactive, relationship‑focused Regional Talent Liaison Executive to join the West Midlands Growth Company. In this role you will connect businesses with the skills, training and employment support they need to grow, helping shape the region’s economic future.
Key responsibilities
- Support the integration of workforce, skills and employment solutions into investment and business growth activity.
- Facilitate access to regional training programmes, apprenticeships and employment support.
- Build and maintain partnerships with local authorities, training providers, the West Midlands Combined Authority and other regional stakeholders.
- Gather and share workforce intelligence to inform regional skills planning and strategy.
- Contribute insights that help shape regional skills priorities and improve access to opportunities.
Required profile
- Proactive and relationship‑focused with a passion for employer engagement.
- Strong understanding of workforce development, skills and training pathways.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with business‑facing teams and regional partners.
