Registered Care Manager – Domiciliary Home Care

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead a domiciliary home‑care service in the East Sheen (SW14) area. This permanent, full‑time position offers the chance to shape a high‑performing team while ensuring person‑centred care that meets CQC standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the domiciliary care service.
• Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations, internal policies and legislation.
• Lead, develop and motivate both office staff and field‑based care workers.
• Conduct quality assurance activities, audits and spot checks to drive service improvement.
• Oversee recruitment, retention and professional development of the care team.
• Supervise care planning, risk assessments and delivery of services.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals and local stakeholders.
• Support business growth and operational performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Registered Care Manager or Deputy Manager in domiciliary care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Organisational and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
