Regulatory Manager – UK, CH & International Markets

About the role
We are supporting a growing speciality pharmaceutical company in building its Regulatory Affairs team. The Regulatory Manager will oversee regulatory activities across the United Kingdom, Switzerland and other international markets, ensuring product compliance and driving lifecycle management.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage regulatory submissions, including variations, renewals and marketing authorisation applications.
- Support product lifecycle management for UK, Swiss and ROW markets.
- Review and update product information, labelling and artwork.
- Lead regulatory change control processes and communicate changes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Quality, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Affairs and contract manufacturing organisations.
- Assist with product acquisitions, due‑diligence activities and portfolio integration projects.
Required profile
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs.
- Strong knowledge of lifecycle management, variations and renewals.
- Familiarity with UK (MHRA), Swiss (Swissmedic) and international regulatory procedures.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive, organised and solution‑oriented mindset.
