About the role

Join TELUS Digital’s AI Community as a Remote Quality Assurance Rater, evaluating search results and AI‑generated content in English for the United Kingdom. This part‑time freelance role lets you work from home while contributing to the improvement of leading search engines and AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the relevance, accuracy, and usefulness of search results and AI responses.
• Conduct online research to verify information and support rating decisions.
• Apply rating guidelines consistently and document edge cases or guideline gaps.
• Provide clear written feedback and rationale for each rating.
• Participate in training, calibration sessions, and ongoing quality reviews.
• Meet productivity targets while maintaining high‑quality output.

Required profile

• Freelance mindset with excellent written communication in English.
• Resident in the United Kingdom for at least the past five consecutive years.
• Strong familiarity with current and historical business, media, sports, news, social media, and cultural topics.
• Ability to work independently, follow detailed guidelines, and meet deadlines.
