Residential Conveyancer – London (Hybrid)

About the role

We are a modern property law firm in central London seeking three qualified Residential Conveyancing Lawyers to join us in Summer or Autumn 2026. You will manage a caseload of 80‑100 conveyancing files with the support of a dedicated paralegal, working on sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages.

Key responsibilities

• Handle an independent caseload of 80‑100 residential conveyancing files.
• Process sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.
• Manage transfers of equity and remortgage transactions.
• Coordinate with a designated paralegal and other team members to ensure smooth transaction flow.
• Maintain compliance with property law and firm procedures.

Required profile

• UK qualified Residential Conveyancing Lawyer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive).
• Minimum of 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Ability to work independently and manage a high‑volume caseload.

Required skills

• Residential conveyancing and property law expertise.
• Freehold and leasehold transaction handling.
• Transfer of equity processing.
• Remortgage transaction management.
• Case management and client liaison.
