Residential Conveyancer – £50k DOE, Greater Manchester

About the role

This position offers an experienced Residential Conveyancer the chance to join a well‑established law firm in Greater Manchester. You will manage a diverse residential conveyancing portfolio, working autonomously while benefiting from a supportive team and hybrid working arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of an established caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Handle first registrations, apartments, new‑build properties, Right‑to‑Buy, transfers of equity, probate sales and buy‑to‑let transactions.
• Provide client‑facing service with a high degree of autonomy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing.
• Proven ability to manage a busy residential property caseload independently.
• Strong organisational, communication and client‑care skills.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
