Residential & Senior Residential Children’s Worker – Hillingdon

About the role
This is a contract position providing 24‑hour residential support for young people in the Hayes/Hillingdon area. You will work in a team delivering care, emotional support and guidance to children and teenagers living in a residential setting.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily living activities, health needs and educational tasks for young residents.
- Promote emotional well‑being and positive behaviour.
- Work shifts covering evenings, weekends and bank holidays as part of a 24‑hour service.
Required profile
- Relevant qualification for children’s residential work (e.g., Level 3 or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a children’s residential setting.
- Ability to work shift patterns, including weekends and holidays.
