Residential Support Worker – North West England

About the role
We are seeking compassionate Residential Support Workers to join our team across multiple sites in the North West. In this role you will provide 24‑hour care and support to young people, helping them feel safe, heard and encouraged to develop independence.
Key responsibilities
- Build trusting relationships with young people and act as a positive role model.
- Support daily living activities such as meals, routines and recreational programmes.
- Promote independence, confidence and healthier choices.
- Manage challenging situations calmly and confidently.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including social workers, CAMHS and LAC nurses.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the residential home.
Required profile
- Calm under pressure and resilient.
- Straight‑talking, kind and non‑judgemental.
- Team‑player who takes responsibility.
