Resourcer – Further Education Team

About the role

As a Resourcer in Reed’s Further Education team, you will be the first point of contact for candidates seeking roles in colleges and education providers. You’ll use your communication and organisational strengths to match talent with meaningful opportunities and support their journey from initial contact to placement.

Key responsibilities

• Engage daily with candidates, building strong relationships and understanding their career aspirations.
• Source and attract individuals interested in further‑education positions.
• Screen candidates, assess skills and goals, and present suitable opportunities.
• Guide candidates throughout the job‑search process, providing advice and updates.
• Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants on campaign delivery.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future vacancies.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, positive attitude with confidence speaking to new people.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Motivation to build a long‑term career in recruitment.
