Retail Advisor – Customer Technology Specialist

About the role

As a Retail Advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the Market Street store in Manchester. You will help them choose the right technology solutions, from mobile phones and tablets to broadband and TV entertainment, while delivering a friendly and trustworthy experience.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through the range of products, including mobile devices, SIMs, accessories, broadband and TV packages.
• Advise on suitable price plans and set‑up options that match individual lifestyles.
• Demonstrate product features, including accessibility tools, and answer technical questions.
• Take ownership of customer queries, resolve issues promptly and build lasting trust.
• Collaborate with the store team to meet sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
