Retail Artworker

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Retail Artworker to join our studio team at the Sharp Project in Manchester. You will support the daily creation of print‑ready artwork for point‑of‑sale, signage, posters and campaign collateral across our retail formats.

Key responsibilities

• Produce accurate print‑ready artwork for POS, signage, posters and campaign collateral.
• Follow supplied templates and technical guidelines, ensuring correct bleed, colour profiles and spec sheets.
• Prepare files to required print standards and maintain an organised asset library.
• Support senior Artworkers on large‑scale retail campaign deliveries.
• Conduct initial checks to verify artwork accuracy before submission.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of professional artwork experience, preferably in a retail or studio environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with clear, proactive communication.
• Organised and methodical approach to file management and asset organisation.
• Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast‑paced studio setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Good understanding of print production processes, including bleed, colour profiles and file preparation.
