About the role

Join Sky Retail as a Retail Sales Advisor at the Birmingham Bullring store. You’ll be the front‑line ambassador, helping customers discover and enjoy Sky’s entertainment products through engaging conversations and hands‑on demos.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with customers in‑store, delivering confident and natural conversations.
• Demonstrate Sky’s world‑class products and create memorable experiences.
• Identify customer needs, ask the right questions and match them with the ideal Sky package.
• Provide a welcoming, inclusive in‑store experience that makes every visitor feel understood.
• Support teammates, share ideas and work together to meet sales targets.
