About the role

Join a nationally recognised personal injury firm as an RTA Litigation Executive, working on a dedicated caseload of Fast Track Road Traffic Accident claims. The role blends office collaboration two days a week with remote flexibility, allowing you to manage cases efficiently while contributing to a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of Fast Track personal injury RTA claims from inception to resolution.
• Conduct liability assessments and pursue effective litigation on behalf of claimants.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with firm procedures.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers and support staff to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling personal injury or RTA litigation matters.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Required skills

• Legal research and case management.
• Understanding of liability and insurance processes.
