RTA Litigation Paralegal (Hybrid, Manchester)

About the role

G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to manage a high‑volume caseload of Road Traffic Accident (RTA) and uninsured loss recovery claims. The role offers autonomy, a hybrid working pattern and the chance to maximise recoveries while delivering high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of a litigated RTA recovery caseload, ensuring timely progress and optimal outcomes.
• Handle uninsured losses recovery claims alongside RTA matters.
• Negotiate settlements and communicate effectively with clients, insurers and opposing counsel.
• Maintain accurate case records and adhere to firm procedures and deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing RTA and/or uninsured loss recovery claims.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a litigated caseload in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
