Sales Advisor – Automotive – Manchester

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Advisor to join our Manchester dealership. You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the car buying journey and helping them find the right vehicle.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers on the showroom floor, understand their needs and present suitable vehicle options.
• Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry to contract signing and delivery.
• Achieve personal and team sales targets, contributing to a competitive OTE of £60k.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of our brand portfolio and promotional offers.
• Ensure all paperwork and compliance requirements are completed accurately.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years proven automotive sales experience.
• Full, valid UK driving licence.
• Strong customer‑focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly within dealership hours.
