About the role

Join Levi Strauss & Co. as a Sales Assistant in Birmingham’s Bullring store. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover the perfect fit and style while working an 8‑hour shift on a part‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Create genuine, one‑to‑one connections with shoppers and deliver exceptional service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice to inspire confidence.
• Support daily store operations, including tills, fitting rooms, and stock management.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets while keeping the environment welcoming.
