Sales Co-ordinator (Sports Tours & Travel)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Co-ordinator to join our sports tours and travel team in Gloucester. Working closely with the Rugby Football Union and other key partners, you will help grow our England Rugby Travel, England Sports Tours and Lions Rugby Travel programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, marketing, travel and accommodation teams to design market‑leading, customer‑focused tour itineraries.
• Drive sales targets for England Rugby Travel, England Sports Tours and Lions Rugby Travel.
• Build and nurture relationships with schools, clubs, colleges and universities to keep our brands top of mind.
• Own a portfolio of clients, expanding the database of contacts and leads.
• Monitor sales figures, deliver timely quotes and convert enquiries into sales.
• Develop innovative, sales‑focused products that match customer demand.
• Analyse competition and market trends to keep our offering competitive.
• Travel domestically and internationally to meet existing and prospective clients.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge and passion for sport, particularly rugby union.
• Experience in schools or clubs tour sales is desirable but not essential.
• Proven sales experience with a confident presentation style.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills both inside and outside the organisation.
• Team‑player attitude, willing to support colleagues and contribute to overall goals.
