Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a confident communicator to join our growing commercial team as a Sales Development Representative. Working fully remotely, you will be the first point of contact with prospective clients, generating high‑quality sales opportunities for our Business Development team and helping drive the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads, understand client requirements and book high‑quality meetings for Business Development Managers.
• Build relationships with business owners and senior decision‑makers.
• Maintain and update your pipeline in the CRM, consistently meeting activity and appointment targets.
• Collaborate with the wider commercial team to maximise conversion rates.

• Driven and resilient individual who enjoys speaking with people.
• Experience in outbound sales, lead generation or business development.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confidence engaging senior decision‑makers.
• Target‑driven mindset with strong organisational skills.
• Ambition to progress into a Business Development Manager role.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary of £30,000‑£32,000 per year.
• Realistic first‑year OTE of £45,000‑£50,000 with uncapped commission.
