Sales Executive – Field/Hybrid – Agricultural Machinery

About the role

This hybrid Sales Executive position is with an established agricultural machinery manufacturer based in the West Midlands. You will be responsible for driving sales of high-quality equipment and attachments while working both from home and in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the agricultural sector.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular field visits.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.
• Report progress and market insights to senior directors.
• Collaborate with the West Midlands head office and support team.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in the agricultural machinery or related sector.
• Strong understanding of farm equipment and customer needs.
• Ability to work independently and manage a hybrid work schedule.
• Motivation to progress towards a future Sales Director role.
