Sales Executive – Jaguar Land Rover

About the role

Sytner Group is looking for a Sales Executive to join its Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Bristol. You will be the primary point of contact for customers buying a new car, ensuring a seamless and high‑quality experience from first visit to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers face‑to‑face to understand their needs and guide them through the purchase process.
• Provide accurate information about vehicle specifications, finance options and after‑sales services.
• Maintain a professional showroom environment and uphold brand standards.
• Work flexible schedules, including weekends, to meet customer demand.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the dealership’s revenue goals.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Previous experience in customer‑service or sales roles.
• Full, valid UK driving licence (beneficial).
• Willingness to attend an assessment centre.
