About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing multi‑office financial services group, is expanding its Debt Advisory division and seeks a Sales Finance Broker to work with business owners across the UK and internationally. This client‑facing position blends sales expertise with financial structuring to deliver tailored funding solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with business owners to assess funding needs, challenges and growth plans.
• Source, structure and negotiate commercial finance solutions from a broad panel of lenders.
• Manage the full advisory process from initial enquiry through to completion of the sale.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, introducers and lenders.
• Deliver exceptional service to ensure clients receive the best possible deal.
• Contribute to the growth and performance of the advisory team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial finance, debt advisory, business lending or a related B2B financial sales role.
• Confidence working with senior decision‑makers and business owners.
• Strong motivation, ambition and a target‑driven mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Professional credibility and commitment to delivering excellent client outcomes.
